At Daliyawala, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality food products. Due to the nature of our items, we follow a strict policy on cancellations and returns.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we begin processing them immediately to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

2. Return Policy

  • As we deal in consumable food items, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or taste preferences.
  • Returns are only applicable if:
    • You receive a damaged product
    • You receive the wrong item that does not match your order
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photo evidence.

3. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund claims that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
